What is a Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation?

A Comprehensive Psychological Evaluation is an in-depth assessment designed to understand a child’s cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning. These evaluations provide valuable insights to help parents, educators, and healthcare professionals identify strengths, challenges, and the best path forward for support and intervention. The results of the evaluation can be used by schools to a develop appropriate accommodations to meet the child’s academic, developmental, social and/or emotional needs.

What Is Psychological Testing?

Psychological testing helps us understand how your child learns, thinks, and feels. Through a combination of standardized assessments and observations, we build a complete picture of their cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.

Testing can help answer questions like:

- Why is my child struggling at school?

- Could my child have ADHD, autism, or a learning difference?

- How can I better support my child’s emotions or behavior?

Our goal is to give you clarity, direction, and peace of mind—so you can move forward with confidence and the right support for your child.
