Sick visits and consults, priced per visit
Open to every family, members or not. Call (502) 515-6601 to book.
Sick visit
$150 for a 30-minute visit, for non-members. For a straightforward illness such as an ear infection, strep, fever, a cough, pink eye, or a rash. It isn't for emergencies. Sick visits are included in membership.
Pediatric functional medicine consult
$250 for a 60-minute visit, for non-members. With Dr. Erica Bailen, for ongoing health, developmental, or behavioral concerns. Your child keeps their current pediatrician. Outside lab and testing kit costs are extra. Members, ask your doctor how this fits with your membership.
Pediatric cardiology consult
$300 for non-members. With Dr. Meagan Peek, a pediatrician and pediatric cardiologist. Members, ask your doctor how this fits with your membership.
Weight loss visits
$200 for the first visit, then $100 for each follow-up, for non-members. Medical weight management for children and teens. Members, ask your doctor how this fits with your membership.

Home visits
For the first month of life, within five miles of the office.
Enroll before birth
Memberships can start on a future date, so you can enroll during pregnancy.

In-office testing
Strep, flu, RSV, COVID, and UTIs.
Vaccines
All routine vaccinations, which a third-party vendor can bill to your insurance.
Well visits and physicals
Checkups, school, camp, and sports physicals, and their forms.
Development and behavior
Screenings
Developmental and behavioral screenings, and milestone tracking, at every stage.
Counseling and guidance
Nutrition, development, sleep, toileting, and parenting, with support for ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral needs.
Chronic conditions
Management of conditions such as asthma, with care coordination for specialists, imaging, and hospital care.
